Carrie recently joined the Beach Pet staff after moving here from
Annville, PA. She graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA in May 2002 with a BS in Biology. In 2005 she started a Veterinary Technician program from Cedar Valley College in Lancaster TX and will finish up her program here at Beach Pet.

She has 3 cats- Haus, a Siamese mix who is extremely smart and very good at using the doggie door. He was a Humane Society rescue. Also, Darwin, who is Haus' cat. Haus had an OCD of excessive licking which left him bald due to boredom- but Darwin fixed that right up. He was a stray that came into the clinic as a kitten about 2 yrs ago. Unfortunately he's not the brightest crayon in the box, according to Carrie, but he's pretty cool with his giant feet and extra toes! Topsi is her "prissy Persian" that she saved from being euthanized when she was a kitten. She's PKD (polycystic kidney disease) positive and the breeder couldn't use her for breeding since it's a genetic issue. She's almost 6 yrs and so far so good...

In her spare time Carrie loves to workout, read, garden, go on road trips, and now that she's here in VA Beach, she is an aspiring beach bum!
